Friends Helping Friends Charity Golf
Tournament
BILL RIGHT,
LLC sponsored the 18th hole at the Friends Helping Friends Charity
Golf Tournament on Saturday, May 22, 2010. This fun event was held at the Cuba
Lakes Country Club. The funds raised by the event were donated to a local
program dedicated to assisting developmentally disabled citizens in Crawford
County. |

CUBA – Nearly 100 people
attended the first annual Cuba Community Health Fair sponsored by
BILL RIGHT, LLC at the Resource
Center on May 8th. Area healthcare providers, volunteers, and representatives
of businesses from Cuba, Steelville, Rolla, and Hawk Point in Lincoln County
all came together to create a special event. Over five hours, fair attendees
were provided free health screenings, chair massage, health information, fire
safety tips, Zumba exercise demonstrations, myovision spinal screening,
nutrition education, hospice and veteran care offerings.
Screenings
were provided free of charge for attendees, and included cholesterol, glucose,
and blood pressure. The providers preformed the tests with efficiency and
accuracy followed by interpretation of what the study means in the
individual’s health and well-being. When indicated, they were directed to
follow-up with their own personal physician.
Booth sponsors provided
several door prizes including gift baskets, cups, pens, tote bags, toys and
numerous informational handouts. During the event, representatives from the
Cuba Chamber of Commerce directed the ribbon cutting ceremony and Grand Opening
of the Cuba office of BILL RIGHT,
LLC. BILL RIGHT
helps patients and families reduce their medical bills and healthcare debt from
illnesses, hospital stays and doctor care.
